Services:
First and Third Sundays in the month at Kilchrenan.
Second and Fourth Sundays in the month at Dalavich.
Fifth Sundays in the month, joint services are held at Muckcairn ( which is the principal church in Taynuilt) Kilchrenan or Dalavich, in rotation, commencing at 10.30a.m. There are four such Sundays in the year and these have been customarily held at Muckcairn in Winter, Dalavich in Spring and Kilchrenan in Autumn. The Summer Service is held on “The Anne of Etive” cruise boat in the middle of Loch Etive, and has proved to be a very popular event, God and weather willing!

Kilchrenan and Dalavich Guild.
The Guild (formerly Women’s Guild), meet during the months of October to April on a monthly basis at the home of Maureen Dickson, Dalranoch, Kilchrenan, at 1.30 p.m. It was established over a hundred years ago and as an Association of Christian Women. Their moto is “Whose we are and who we serve “. Meetings are friendly and informal and all interested are most welcome. A highlight of the year is the is the annual Guild Sale of Work held in Kilchrenan Village Hall which is a great fund-raiser and social occasion. |

Kilchrenan Scottish Women’s Rural.
There is an active Womens Rural which meets in the village hall on the second Wednesday of the month throughout the Winter. Membership is open to anyone from Avich and Kilchrenan and a programme of events can be seen in the notice board section of this site. This includes a highly popular Childrens Christmas Party. Non-members are made welcome if one of the presentations is of special interest.
